By accessing or using any part of the ShiftClicks platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, partners, and others who access our high-fidelity traffic services.

ShiftClicks maintains strict traffic quality standards. You agree not to:

• Send fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading traffic.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate artificial clicks.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary routing logic.

All partners are required to deliver only human, non-incentivized traffic. We employ automated fraud detection on all traffic entering the network. Any traffic determined to be fraudulent will result in forfeiture of associated earnings and immediate network expulsion.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we guarantee 99.9% delivery stability, ShiftClick Media LLC is not liable for fluctuations in third-party brand endpoint conversion rates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, specifically in cases where traffic integrity markers fall below restricted network standards.
